[Libs-Or] SSD Scholarships available

 If you would like to be able to attend or to send staff members to the OLA Support Staff Division's Gateways conference on July 23, but don't have the money, please remember that SSD does have some money set aside for scholarships. While most awards are reserved for SSD members, we do have a special award to help a non-member attend our conference.
