[Libs-Or] Educator cards?

I'd like to hear from libraries that offer educator cards. I'm making a
proposal to my director to provide free cards to educators who work in our
service area, and need a few examples to use as I craft the details.

I'm familiar with Multnomah County Library's educator card, but I'd love to
hear from the rest of you! What do you have?
