[Libs-Or] LIBS-OR Policy re: political information

I think you should use Eva's comments as good guidance.  I think what she
is saying is correct.

As a now-retired person who used to have pass levies every five years, I
will add my 2 cents.

The original post seems to have been from Ruth Metz, a consultant and not
an employee of Wallowa County.  I think she is free to advocate. Likewise,
librarians from other Oregon libraries who offer verbal support or note
that they have donated are free to do so because they cannot benefit from
the passage or failure of the Wallowa County election. They are not urging
people to vote one way or the other – they just said they donated.
Technically, neutral statements!

We all were extremely supportive on the list-serv of Josephine County’s
efforts and equally vocal about the sad demise of Douglas County Library.
That seemed OK.  Why is this different?
