See ALA's note below. Please contact your federal representative as well as
Senators Wyden and Merkley to encourage them to include libraries in their
coronavirus relief efforts.
Click the "Email Congress Now" link to send a message to your elected
officials. You can use the "Find your elected officials" tool on the right
side of OLA's advocacy website to find contact information. Once you type
in your zip code, you'll get a list of federal elected officials. Just
click their name to get the contact info for their office.
Thank you for all that you're doing to help serve and inform the public
throughout this pandemic. Y'all are awesome!

As you know, Congress is moving extremely quickly on economic relief and
recovery packages in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact
across many industries.
Now is the time to contact your elected officials to let them know what
libraries are facing. ALA is urging Congress to include at least $2 billion
for libraries in COVID-19 economic relief legislation, and we need you to
let them know how critical this funding is to libraries of all types across
