1.                   One of the things I seem to suggest on a regular basis is giving a quarterly or bi-annual update to City Council on local program downtown revitalization efforts. Just received a nice example of a report from the Albany Downtown Association so wanted to share - see attached.



2.                   Don't forget to vote for The Dalles Main Street in the Small Business Revolution contest: https://www.deluxe.com/small-business-revolution/main-street/season-five/ You can vote daily. Winning means an investment of $500,000 in The Dalles. We are very proud they made it to the top 5 (and that we had 2 in Oregon that made it to the top 10 - both The Dalles and Oregon City).


3.                   Ready, Set, Grant! Workshop series hosted by RDI and Kelley Nonprofit Consulting - see attached flyer for more info


4.                   McMinnville is seeking an Executive Director. The McMinnville Downtown Association is seeking a new Executive Director to work closely with the MDA leadership and stakeholders to support the Organization's work. Submit your resume, a one-page cover letter, and three professional references via email to Heather Miller, heather at localflowhealthbar.com by January 24, 2020. Oregon Main Street (OMS) is accepting applications from organizations interested in receiving downtown revitalization assistance at its Performing Main Street(r) and Transforming Downtown designation levels - see attached applications. These applications require quite a bit of information so we encourage you to start earlier rather than later. Completed applications must be received by March 12, 2020.
