Hi everyone,

Whew, we made it through Friday! What a week - You are probably getting to the point in the summer where it's harder to maintain energy and excitement for everything that's going on - please keep going! You're so close to the end of August!

I wanted to send a few shoutouts this week -

Two libraries working to ensure student success while school's out for the summer:

Two specific youth services folks who have been dedicated to serving kids for quite some time:

Laura Chipman at North Bend<https://theworldlink.com/news/local/north-bend-congratulates-laura-chipman-on-her-five-year-service-award/article_7e0b816c-542f-11ef-83a1-8b748caa480a.html> - Laura has been so dedicated to growing professionally as a youth librarian the past 5 years, and her programs center kids' learning and growing.

I know you all continue to work tirelessly this summer as kids and families stream in - thanks for all you are doing!  I hope wherever you are this weekend, you have time to rest and re-charge.
