[Sora] Differential Privacy for 2020 Census

All,

For those of you who utilize Census data, I wanted to be sure you were aware of the Census' new differential privacy methodology.  Census has released 2010 data product<https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/decennial-census/2020-census/planning-management/2020-census-data-products/2010-demonstration-data-products.html>s with the 2020 differential privacy rules applied, so folks can assess what this means for data coming out of the 2020 census.
