[Sora] Complaints database software inquiry

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if other state agencies currently use any of the software solutions below and would be willing to share their experiences.  OHA is formalizing a COVID vaccine complaints process that allows us to quickly identify and elevate equity-related vaccine issues for rapid response while tracking trends to enact changes at the systems-level.  We’re currently evaluating these as potential options for complaints/concerns handling from intake to resolution, with the opportunity to expand the use of the software to broader vaccine planning and/or other program initiatives.  Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
