Good afternoon,



Just a friendly reminder that if you have not yet completed your accounts receivable reporting for FY 2020, October 1 is the deadline.  We recommend completing the LFO reporting early so if there are questions or corrections that are identified there is time to complete the edits before the deadline.



Thank you to those agencies that have already completed their reports, your early reporting is greatly appreciated!!!!



You'll find everything needed for LFO Reporting on SWARM's Accounts Receivable Resources website (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Accounts-receivable-resources.aspx), under Liquidated and delinquent account reporting resources.



To be eligible for the A/R Honor Roll, remember to report that you've watched the 2020 Liquidated and Delinquent Account Report Training, prior to submitting your LFO report.  Email SWARM at Oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at Oregon.gov> with your agency name and date you completed the training.



To ensure accuracy of reporting, please be sure to complete the LFO Reporting Worksheet and the Agency year-end checklist.



Once you have completed data entry to the LFO website please email the following to SWARM at Oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at Oregon.gov>:

1.   The date you completed the LFO reporting (please remember to click the "finished reporting" button on the home screen or your report is not officially submitted to LFO)

2.   LFO Reporting Worksheet<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/LFO_Reporting_Worksheet.xlsx> (if you have accounts to report)

3.   Quarter 4 and FY2020 annual ARPM reports<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.12.FO.xls> (if applicable)

4.   Certification of Write-off, Abated and Canceled Debt<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.15.fo.pdf> (if applicable)



SWARM will then review the agency reported data and contact the agency if there are any questions.
