 This email is a reminder to agencies that if you have receivables that are eligible for write-off under OAM 35.50.10<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.50.10.pdf> (such as accounts that were reported as recommended for write-off or "RWO" in the June reports from the Department of Revenue Other Agency Accounts Unit), and you intend to write them off, please do so in SFMA with an FY 2024 effective date prior to the month 13 close date of August 16th. Be sure to record the applicable criteria (see paragraph 104) in the MPCD field as required in paragraph 109 of OAM 35.50.10.
