[Answerland-summit] Need feedback on social event food & drinks

I think beer and wine is plenty, and the menu prices gave me a bit of
sticker shock. Will we be charging any additional amount for the social
event? If not, how much can we afford to provide?
As a person with dietary needs/preferences, I think we'd want to select at
least two food items, including one appropriate for vegetarians. I don't
know whether we should take the possibility of nut allergies, etc. into
consideration.
I can't even express how strong the impulse to get on the hold list for the
Hillsboro Brookwood library's commercial popcorn popper is. I know we
can't use it, for clear and valid reasons, but still....
