[Answerland-summit] Hotel quotes -- and a challenge

If we choose not to block rooms, we probably should let people know that
there's a major high school track and field championship on the same day in
Eugene, and that it's a good idea to reserve early. A block of rooms
provides a bit of a discount, especially at the Fairfield Inn and Suites --
with all the high school athletes in town, there may not be a lot of
discounts available.
