[Answerland-summit] Hotel quotes -- and a challenge

I don't have anything new to add to the block of rooms predicament, but if
we want a roommate/carpooling forum of some sort, I can figure something
out in the website.

Eugene government has a nice list of Public Meeting & Event Rooms
<https://www.eugene-or.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2645/Public-Meeting-and-Event-Rooms-In-Eugene?bidId=>
in
the area; it might help us find a social event space. (Caveat: The list was
last updated in 2017.)
