[Busmgrs] Foster Care Transportation Reimbursement Form - website updated, deadline Q1 extended

Good afternoon,

In early February the attached memo was released regarding the Foster Care Transportation Reimbursement.

Per our guidance, the ODE website<http://www.oregon.gov/ode/students-and-family/fosteringconnections> has been updated to include the Invoice template<http://www.oregon.gov/ode/students-and-family/fosteringconnections/Documents/fctransportgrantreimbursement.xlsx> to report your quarterly transportation expenses for reimbursement.

The due date for the first quarter reporting (7/1/17 - 9/30/17) has been extended to March 9, 2018.  Please  note: Claim request for first quarter received beyond this date will not be processed.

The due date for the second quarter reporting (10/01/17 - 12/31/17) is March 30, 2018.
