[Busmgrs] 2016-17 State School Fund Estimate

Good Day everyone

It's pretty nice here in Salem so it was pretty hard to stay inside and get this estimate posted :).  This estimate is based on annual ADM and actual revenues. There was about $15,000,000 more in local revenue than where it was left last year. As you will see on the cover page to the estimate the $20M reserve has not been rolled in so look for more of an increase on the next estimate. Another big factor is the transportation grant. I am still waiting on about 10 district reports so I cannot process the grant until I have a full data set.

I'm working on the high cost disability grant and hope to have that in the next estimate.
