[Busmgrs] 2019-20 Estimate of Membership and Revenue opens October 25, 2018

Good Morning Everyone

Thank you all for submitting changes to this year's data so I can accurately calculate State School Fund payments. There were nearly 70 districts requesting changes and a healthy increase in local revenue. If you missed the open window for changes to local revenue please make those in the 2019-20 Estimate of membership and revenue<https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/info/> which happens to open tomorrow through December 17, 2018.

I am planning on having a webinar on October 30th 1030-1130 and recommend new business managers tune in. We will review the attached PowerPoint and answer any questions you may have. Webinar links coming soon.

Using the information provided in the collection will allow the Department of Education to calculate each districts estimate of the state school fund for next year (19-20). The first estimate is due the first Monday in March. Don't forget to combine your Charter School ADM in these estimates. It also has updates to current year (18-19) local revenue which I combine with 2nd period ADM for estimates in February.
