[collaborative-vr] Virtual Reference Landscape Survey

Hi Vince,

I may have a few leads on the survey.  Do you recall if this was
late-90s-early 2000s?  Something that well pre-dates QuestionPoint,
LibChat, and LibraryH3lp?

This article from 2001 entitled "An Analytical Survey of Chat Reference
Services" is one that I cited when I was doing library science studies:

I had originally found it through Library Literature, but looks like it is
in a repository via Google Scholar.  It resonates well to this day.
