Hi Sara,
I also don’t have a template, but I can point you towards stats that we gather regularly for AskAway.
Usage stats (by month, by term, and by fiscal year) are available to download here: https://askaway.org/staff/statistics <https://askaway.org/staff/statistics>
And our session data (aka form field data from QuestionPoint) are available to download here: https://askaway.org/staff/form-fields-data <https://askaway.org/staff/form-fields-data>
Up until May 2019, AskAway used QuestionPoint software and from May going forward, we’re using LibraryH3lp, so the session data may look a little different from May on.
We also have survey results available here (we use a third party survey tool to gather these): https://askaway.org/staff/survey-results <https://askaway.org/staff/survey-results>
I do have step by step instructions to gather stats / session data from QP that I’d be happy to share, but I’m not sure how useful they would be! Let me know if you’re interested.
And our Actions & Achievements (annual reports) are available here: https://bceln.ca/services/learning-support/askaway/reports <https://bceln.ca/services/learning-support/askaway/reports>
Guinsly, thanks for sharing Ask a Librarian’s Year in Review. I love the look of them!
