I’d love to see your QP step by step stuff too since AskWA is on QP until our migration to SpringShare that should take place at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020.

I also don’t have a template, but I can point you towards stats that we gather regularly for AskAway.

Up until May 2019, AskAway used QuestionPoint software and from May going forward, we’re using LibraryH3lp, so the session data may look a little different from May on.

I am the new (as of mid-July) coordinator of the AskWA Virtual Reference Cooperative and around my office it is time to start reporting on stats from Sept 2018 thru Sept 2019.  Do you folks have any stats templates you could share with me?

Advice on using QP and Humanity to gather the stats you need for reporting to the LSTA each year?

Please bombard me with any and all helpful documents/templates/examples/instructions you may have!
