[collaborative-vr] records retention question

Hi Sara,

For AskMN we used to retain transcripts for one year by exporting from
QuestionPoint to our own server. This was tedious and time consuming. I can
only think of one time we had a statistics issue that made us look back at
the actual transcript in 10 years of this process. When we migrated to
LibAnswers we dropped all that and decided to keep the transcripts on
LibAnswers and scrubb and delete after 30 days of closing out the
transcript. This has been the process for the past year and we have not had
an issue yet.
