[collaborative-vr] Generic login

Hi everyone,

Our consortium is currently conducting a review of our access management procedures for electronic resources, particularly in situations where a non-local operator must access e-resources located at a different institution within the consortium to assist a student via our chat service. Our service use generic login. Meaning that each institution has generic login which helps a non-local operator access e-resource to assist a student.

Does your chat service involve operators needing to access multiple institutions, each of which requires specific access? We would like to understand your experience to potentially create a best practice document for managing this.
