[collaborative-vr] Cooperative Question

Hi Caitlin,
Is the institution under a shared group system or did that institution have
a paid subscription to LibAnswers but still part of your NY cooperative?
If shared group system go to LibAnswers > LibChat > Transcripts > filter by
Department
If they have a separate paid subscription go to LibAnswers > 24/7 Co-op
(select your NY academic or public coop dashboard) > on the Coop dashboard
window go to Transcripts > filter by Institution.

I may be missing something but those are the steps I take to access
transcripts. I hope this helps.
