Same Day Access is happening now! Outpatient behavioral health services are available for individuals with OHP Medicaid with PacificSourts, Trillium or Open Card.

WHEN: Mondays from 12 – 4pm, Tuesdays from 9am – 1pm

WHERE: Direction Service Counseling Center at 576 Olive St #307, Eugene

Oregon State Fire Marshal’s Community Wildfire Risk Reduction Grant information: “We are looking to assist a minimum of 100 properties with a maximum of $4,000 per parcel for defensible space tree and brush clearing within 50’ of the dwelling. This Community Wildfire Risk Reduction Grant is meant to assist low-income, alter-abled, veteran, or 55+ seniors who are unable to manage the fuels on their property, that would otherwise create additional community risk during fire season.”

One of the groups eligible are those receiving public assistance benefits, so let’s get the word out about wildfire hazard mitigation assistance! If people are renters instead of homeowners then the county will work with them to get the landlord’s permission.
