Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.

Below you will find local Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in our local community.

[cid:image006.png at 01DA8A6C.24E32D20]Oregon Health Authority has recently issued a guide to help Individuals in Oregon, who are receiving OHP (Oregon Health Plan), access Health-Related Social Needs Services (HRNS).
Currently, climate supports are available to help members stay healthy during extreme weather. They include air conditioners for heat risks, air filtration devices to protect against wildfire smoke, portable heaters, mini refrigeration units for medications, and portable power supplies to keep medical devices running during power outages. Please see the attached guide to see who qualifies for this benefit.

[cid:image007.jpg at 01DA8A6C.30DEA690]Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services contracts with the State of Oregon Office of Developmental Disabilities to provide Case Management services to almost 3400 individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Lane County (as of December 2023 this included 1361 kids, and 2017 adults).
