Practical Tools to Replace Stress, Anxiety, and Depression with Meaning and Mindfulness.
When: Wednesdays January 8th-29th at 12:30-1:30
Where: NAMI Lane County Resource Center, 129 9th St, Springfield
Stress, anxiety, and depression are very human experiences that are understandable but get in our way, preventing us from feeling well and living with balance and ease.

In this 4-class program, you’ll gain pragmatic, workable tools and strategies to use in your daily life so you can break free from the shackles of stress, anxiety, and/or depression, take back control over your mind and body, and live with meaning and joy.

Class is FREE but registration is required.
