Starting on January 1, the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) will offer new benefits to members ages 19 to 20 years with special health care needs to support their transition from pediatric to adult care.

OHP members with physical, intellectual, developmental disabilities, behavioral/mental health conditions and long-ter medical conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) may qualify.

New benefits include enhanced vision and dental coverage, early and periodic screening, diagnostic and treatment (EPSDT) and health-related social social needs (HRSN) benefits.
