MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES
✨Ideal Option: Outpatient Addiction Medicine Clinic ✨
Ideal Options’ outpatient addiction medicine clinic in Eugene, OR provides evidence-based treatment for addiction to opioids like fentanyl, heroin, and oxycodone, and stimulants like methamphetamine and cocaine. We also provide medication-assisted treatment for alcohol withdrawal and relapse prevention. Ideal Option treats patients with empath, care, and respect – never judgement. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance, and offer payment plans for those who need it. Best of all, most new patients can start treatment at our Eugene clinic within 1 – 3 days. ✨Executive Functioning Skills ✨
Executive Functioning Skills group can help with improving executive function, which means learning how to direct the thoughts that pop into your mind, how to feel more in control of your actions, and how to manage your emotions. If you are having difficulty completing tasks, struggle with organizing your time, have a hard time concentrating, or find yourself being impulsive when making decisions, this is a good group for you. This group is designed to strengthen executive functioning skills by providing a space to share your experience with an opportunity to learn from each other. A licensed therapist will offer new strategies and an opportunity to practice new skills. Classes are Thursdays, from 12pm – 1:30pm
✨Con Corazón Mental Health Services✨
At Con Corazón Mental Health Services, our mission is to offer compassionate, culturally conscious, and trauma-informed care that honors the full humanity of each person. Rooted in personal collective healing, we support Spanish speakers, immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others from marginalized communities through therapeutic approaches that center dignity, connection, and liberation. ✨Low Cost Counseling: Center for Family Development✨
Center for Family Development’s Teaching Clinic offers mental health counseling for adults, children, adolescents, and families for whom cost is a barrier. The Teaching Clinic is staffed by intern therapists that are supervised by licensed therapists. Fees are on a sliding scale that is based on income, household size, and ability to pay. Call 541-342-8437 for a screening to get set up for services! Please note, these services are available to anyone to does not have OHP. Commercial insurance is accepted.

✨Peer Connections Recovery Support Group✨
A free, confidential and peer-led support group for adults livinbg with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of other, and the groups are led by NAMI trained facilitators who’ve been there. Planet Fitness is offering free workouts for teens age 14-19 all summer, June1-August 31st!

✨Beginner Yoga Series for Adults & Teens✨
Discover inner peace, balance, and renewal. Join us for beginner yoga series led by Lela Sky Healing. This offering is designed for multiracial and ethnically diverse adults, teens, and non-ethnic parents/caregivers of mixed-race and ethnically diverse youth.
There is no cost to attend. A sliding scale donation of $10-25 is encouraged, not required.

White Bird Dental offers walk-in clinics at 1415 Pearl St every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30am. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to our community. OHP will cover the cost of most dental visits. Those without insurance will be charged on a sliding scale. Please bring proof of income and photo identification. ✨Rural Oregon Community Health Worker Training Scholarship✨
The Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) has partnered with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to coordinate a grant-funded program that will support the capacity of Oregon’s rural health organizations by growing the Community Health Worker (CHW) workforce in rural Oregon. This is a grant program to fund the training of Community Health Workers for employment at rural health organizations, including hospitals, clinics, public health, EMS, and other community-based organizations. This scholarship will cover the tuition for the CHW training, a $1500 value. The Neurodiversity Family Support Night is hosted by parents and is open to all parents/caregivers, educators, coaches, direct support professionals, and anyone else who supports children and youth in Lane County. We want to help connect, support, and empower parents across Lane County with helpful resources and information.
