RECORDED WEBINAR: Eviction Moratorium Training
Becky Straus at the Oregon Law Center presented a webinar regarding the new eviction protections.  Below is the webinar recording and slides for anyone interested.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION: In December, the Oregon Legislature passed HB 4401, which extends the eviction moratorium on non-payment of rent to July 1, 2021. Tenants must file a form with their landlord to qualify for the protections. Join us for a training to learn the details of the new law, how to advise tenants on accessing the protections and the availability of rent assistance resources in their area.  This training is intended for staff of service provider organizations who are assisting or advising tenants on rental housing issues.
