Brian Schaefer (38) arrested for murder in the shooting death of Karen Schaefer (70), a family member.

UPDATE: December 15, 2020 - Morrow County (Heppner)
Marlen Bowles was shot and later died at OHSU.  The victim's husband, David Bowles (43) identified as a person of interest.  He turned himself in to the Sheriff's office on Jan 7.  On Jan 9 he was found dead in his jail cell.  No evidence of foul play, death is under investigation.
