[Erate] FCC Comments Survey - PLEASE RESPOND!

If you haven't already, please take a few minutes to respond to the FCC Response Survey located at the link below. You need only comment on the issues that you have expertise in. Also you may forward it on to other staff in your agency. The responses will be used by the Oregon Department of Education to craft a response to the FCC request for comment on Broadband and e-Rate. Your feedback is crucial to ODE's effective response to this document. So far only 7 Districts have responded and this is not conducive to a response that represents the state as a whole.

It is a long survey, so if you get through several questions and need to stop for a while, you can click submit and come back to it later starting where you left off. The previous answers will only be collected if you click SUBMIT. If you close the survey without submitting, your responses will be lost. You can revisit the survey as often as needed. Please consider spending some time on it today if you can. :)
