 *   Funding Status.  Wave 60 for FY 2010 and Wave 7 for FY 2011 are scheduled for this week.
 *   FCC Decisions on 112 Appeals.  The FCC cleared 112 appeals in four separate decisions last week, all basically consistent with other recent decisions.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Only three reply comments were filed with regard to the FCC's proposed Eligible Services List for FY 2012.  On-site audits, previously planned to begin later this summer appear to have been postponed until 2012.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated July 29.  Last week's News Brief provides tips for filing Form 486 online.
