 *   Funding Status.  The first funding wave for FY 2011 is expected later this month.  Wave 53 for FY 2010 and Wave 87 for FY 2009 are scheduled for this week.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The applicant share of FY 2011 services may be invoiced (with care) prior to July 1st.  The Justice department announced another guilty plea by one person and the sentencing of another for E-rate fraud.  Comcast has announced a $9.95 broadband Internet service for students of low income families.  The FCC upheld the 30-day deadline for filing petitions for reconsideration of FCC appeal decisions.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated June 6.  Last week's News discusses the change of status for late-filed applications.
