 *   Funding Status.  Wave 18 for FY 2011, wave 71 for FY 2010, and Wave 95 for FY 2009 are scheduled for this week. Priority 2 funding is now being provided at 90% for FY 2011.
 *   CIPA Update.  The SLD's fall training workshops reviewed the revised CIPA rules.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  Early SLD training guidance on the use of NSLP data for FY 2012 has been rescinded.  Conference organizers are beginning to revise procedures for dealing with the E-rate gift rules.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated October 14.  Last week's News Brief reviews entity numbers for eligible and ineligible buildings.
