 *   Funding Status.  Wave 19 for FY 2011 and Wave 72 for FY 2010 are scheduled for release this week. Priority 2 funding is now being provided at 90% for FY 2011.  The application window for FY 2012 is expected to be decided early this week.
 *   Ministerial and Clerical Errors Update.  The definition and procedural treatment of M&C errors has been in a state of flux since last spring.  The SLD's fall training workshops review the type of Form 471 errors that may be corrected if they meet the definition of M&C.
 *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The president of CMS Internet LLC has been sentenced to prison for E-rate fraud and has been suspended from the program.  Additional E-rate training will be provided this fall in many states.
 *   Schools and Libraries News Brief dated October 21.  Last week's News Brief continues the review of entity numbers for eligible and ineligible buildings.
