  *   Funding Status.  Reminder: The application window for FY 2012 closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 20th.  Wave 39 for FY 2011 and Wave 90 for FY 2010 will be released this week.  Priority 2 funding for FY 2011 is now being awarded at 90% and denied at 79% and below.
  *   E-Rate Updates and Reminders.  The FCC issued three new appeal decisions affecting 24 applicants.  The former superintendent of a Pennsylvania school district has been debarred from the E-rate program.
  *   Schools and Libraries News Brief Dated March 16.  The SLD's latest News Brief summarizes a number of tips and reminders for meeting the Form 471 application deadline.
