  *   Funding Status.  FY 2014 application window will close March 26th.  Funding waves for FY 2012 and FY 2013 are scheduled this week.
  *   The FY 2014 Priority 2 Funding Lottery.  In all probability, no Priority 2 funding will be available for either FY 2013 or FY 2014, but individual applicants not applying for Priority 2 in FY 2014 have no chance at all.
  *   Updates and Reminders.  Form 470s for FY 2014 should be filed as soon as possible before the final February 26th deadline.  Most Form 486s for FY 2013 waves 23-24 are due in February.
  *   SLD News Brief Dated February 14.  The SLD's latest News Brief discusses a number of equipment transfer and discount rate topics.
