Needs assessment update and request for input


Needs assessment update and request for input

In 2021 the State Child Fatality Review Team (state team) oversaw a contract with University of Oregon to complete a needs assessment of Oregon's 36 county child fatality review teams (county teams).

Attached is a summary of the needs assessment results. In response to the needs identified in the needs assessment, also attached is a list of proposed resources and system improvements.

This is a request for county team members to review the proposed items and provide input. Do the items address identified needs? How would you prioritize the items? What is missing? Your voice is essential in this process.

Input is requested by March 11th, 2022.
Kindly direct questions and provide input by email, phone, virtual meeting, or alternate method to Deb Carnaghi or Robin Reimer.

You can expect a final version to be shared once input is incorporated and a timeline is added.
