The Transportation FIT has amended the current Oregon Road Centerline Data Standard. A draft version 6.0 of that revised standard is available for review at:
http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CIO/GEO/fit/transportation/docs/TransStandardDraftV6_0.pdf

The proposed changes are largely intended to reflect changes in ESRI technology as well as to better match the actual data model developed by ODOT. Several attributes are modified in the draft standard. The point feature class is no longer a component of the data standard. Additionally, a number of web links and other references were updated to reflect current information.

The comment period will be open for 45 days and closes at the end of the day on Friday, November 7, 2014. There will be an opportunity to review the standard at the November 5th Framework Forum.

Please direct comments on this standard amendment to Chad Brady, Transportation Framework Project Manager, Oregon Department of Transportation, Chad.W.BRADY at odot.state.or.us<mailto:Chad.W.BRADY at odot.state.or.us>
