The upcoming Hackathon event that showcases the Vaquita Whale, the smallest
whale in the world with populations that have dwindled to less that 20
remaining in the world.

The issue is attributed to illegal fishing in the Sea of Cortez harvesting
the Totoaba, a fish killed for its swim bladder as a delicacy and ancient
Chinese medicine.

Fishing with nets, the criminals kill all life in its path, including the
Vaquita.
