[gpl_list] GPL meeting notes

Hi folks.

Here is the GPL meeting notes from today's meeting.  Please mark-up edits that are needed to the attached document or get back to me with comments/edits.  I'm also attaching a file on the Business Analyst Online add-on that Malavika discussed in the agency round-table discussion.  Other links and notes are provided in the attached notes document.

Also - I've attached the list of attendees just in case I missed someone that was on the phone call.  Please let me know if you were on the call and I do not have you marked on the attendee list.
