[gpl_list] Meeting Notes from November, Agenda for December GPL meeting

Hello,

As I was preparing the agenda for the December meeting, I realized I failed to circulate the meeting notes from November. Thank you, Tom Elder, for scribing the meeting. I have attached the November meeting notes; please take a moment to review and provide any corrections/updates to me by 12/7/21.

Also attached, you will find PDFs from the excellent presentations prepared by OSFM and DEQ from November. Thank you to all those who presented to GPL.

Lastly, I have attached the December meeting agenda and will also add the agenda to the team meeting calendar item. If there is a GPL 'end of year' business topic you would like to discuss, please let me know so that I may find the appropriate amount of time and space for that discussion.

I am pleased to announce that Thom York has accepted the role and responsibility to serve as Vice-Chair of GPL in 2022 and will be Chair of GPL in 2023!! Thank you, Thom!!!
