support a Latino-specific teen pregnancy prevention intervention, will
be shared with County Health Department Administrators. If you are aware
of a county health department partner who has expressed interest in
implementing teen pregnancy prevention activities, please share the

 Dear County Partners - The Office of Family Health (OFH), seeks
applications from local public health authorities (LPHAs) with high teen
pregnancy or birth rates to implement *Cuídate!, a medically-accurate,
evidence-based teen pregnancy and STI prevention program for Latino
youth. This 5-year project is funded through the federal Personal
Responsibility Education Program (PREP). Attached are the Request for
Application (RFA) and cost proposal form. These are also posted at:
http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyPeopleFamilies/Youth/YouthSexualHealth/Pages/index.aspx
Please note that though only counties with high teen pregnancy or teen
birth rates are eligible to apply, those counties may partner with
neighboring counties to reach more youth. If you have any questions
