[HealthyTribes] Re-Ordering Quit Line Materials

Hello All,

I know by now that some of you are starting to run very low on Quit Line materials to distribute out into your communities and that not being able to replenish your stock has been frustrating.  I apologize for that inconvenience, but wanted to share some good news with you.

We have funding available to do one final print run of Quit Line materials this year and will be taking your orders in early November.

What you need to know:

* We will be sending out an order form on the listservs in early November with more information and instructions.  You must fill out and submit the order form by the deadline.  If you do not submit an order form by the deadline, we will be printing a basic package of Quit Line materials (for example, 40 posters, 1,000 palmcards) and shipping those materials to you.

* We strongly suggest that you start thinking about how many orders for Quit Line materials you have received over the past year, any workplan activities for the remainder that you might need Quit Line materials to support, and any other outreach efforts you are planning and may need Quit Line materials for.

This is the last time we will have funds available to print Quit Line materials during this fiscal year and it is unlikely that we will be able to fund additional print runs to keep you restocked throughout 2012, so please think carefully through what you might need for the next 12 months.
