[HealthyTribes] Staffing Update from HPCDP

Hello TPEP and HC Grantees:

I want to inform you of a staffing change that has occurred at HPCDP.  After a number of years with HPCDP, as of November 1, 2012, Sarah Bartelmann began an exciting opportunity with the newly formed Oregon Health Authority Office of Health Analytics.  In her new position, she will be coordinating much of that office's work related to CCO metrics.  As you may be aware, Sarah excels at and enjoys work that involves the intersections of public health and health care delivery, as well as program, policy, and data.  She will bring her expertise to those intersections as OHA continues with health system transformation.

HPCDP will be filling the Cessation Coordinator position, but as always, if you have questions related to the Quit Line and evidence-based tobacco cessation, please contact your Community Programs Liaison who will assist you in getting you a timely response.  Thanks!
