[HealthyTribes] SPArC Evaluations posted on HPCDP Connection

Good Morning Everyone,

In 2014-2015, HPCDP funded six grants to work for 14 months on Strategies for Policy and Environmental Change (SPArC). During the funding period case summaries were created for each of the grantees, and these have been posted on HPCDP Connection under "Success Stories." https://partners.health.oregon.gov/Partners/HPCDPConnection/Pages/SuccessStories.aspx

Please take a few minutes and check out the overall SPArC evaluation summary, as well as the case summaries for each grantee, to learn a bit about the great work that was done through SPArC!
