Have you developed a tool or resource, conducted research or an evaluation project, or do you have "lessons learned" in health promotion and chronic disease prevention that you would like to present?

We invite to submit a proposal to present a poster at the 2018 Oregon Place Matters Conference.

The attachment provides additional instructions on poster content, requirements, submissions and selection process. The call for poster presentations ends August 1, 2018.
