URGENT

To all local Tobacco Prevention and Education Programs:

The Oregon Court of Appeals has granted a temporary stay of Oregon Health Authority's temporary rules banning flavored vaping products.  Please hold all enforcement and inspection activities for the temporary flavored vaping product sales ban. More information will be forthcoming.

This communication has also been sent to Local Public Health Administrators.
