[LHDAccreditation] June AWG Agenda and Article

The June Accreditation Work Group Meeting is next Tuesday!

I've attached a tentative agenda. This month we are discussing strategic
planning. As promised, I reached out to PHAB directly and they shared a
handful of resources on engaging the community in strategic planning. The
agenda has three links included. One is highlighted in yellow in the doc,
and copied below in this email, and it's a brief article on Community
Approaches to Systems Change. I think it would be helpful for us all to
read this article ahead of time to help jump start ideas and discussion.
