[Libs-Or] Public libraries that offer institutional library cards?

Hello,

Do any public libraries in Oregon offer institutional library cards, 
such as for schools? For instance, a school could borrow books from a 
public library as an institution instead of as an individual employee or 
be the guarantor on a student's account instead of a parent. If so, how 
does that work at your library?

Lower Umpqua Library is in the early stages of arranging lending 
agreements with local schools and we're trying to figure out how this is 
handled by other libraries.
