[lstac] UEI and Active Registration

[Reish, Karren (MDE)]

This is just my week for needing the wisdom of my colleagues. I am having trouble figuring out if a subgrantee needs to maintain an active registration or just have the UEI. What I can find seems to apply to contractors, not grantees. Does anyone have a confirmation on this?
